After any initial contact by our prospective customers we will arrange a meeting with one of our staff members to discuss and plan the requirements for the site.

This can be in person at the customers premises (depending on location), by telephone or email correspondence.

We will then produce a Website Proposal. This details the amount of pages to be created and outlines all work to be carried out by ourselves, it will also give an estimate of the length of time it will take to complete the project. The final section of the document will outline our fees for the design. At this time we will also produce a 'mock' design to give an idea of what the final site may look like.

After discussing the proposal we would ask for the order to be confirmed by the customer, so that the design work can begin.

All of our customers are given a login code so that they can view the design
work as it takes place and make sure that they are completely happy with
there new website.

Once the site is completed the balance is payable to 'DC Services Ltd' Once paid will will transfer all files and domains names to the customer. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order in GPB, or by PayPal using a number of different currencies, including $US. If any other currency is required we will confirm the amount in the required currency before any work is started.
