DC Services Ltd offer a varied range of support packages.

As a customer you can decide on either an ad-hoc call out, only paying for the time an engineer is on-site, or a monthly service contract, which may even include parts in the price. This makes budgeting your I.T. spend even easier.

We do not charge a call out fee for customers based in either Co Durham, Tyne and Wear or Teeside. Our rates are a standard £40 per hour for on-site services, plus the cost of any components required.
